Outdoor Large Group classes

We are offering Pound on Mondays at 5pm in our Parking lot out front! 

We've got your sticks and mats just come to Rock out!


Drop in to our Pound class and rock yourself out to a fit body! Pound is a fun class using drumsticks. We  work out to songs we all know! The routines last for 8 weeks but you can drop in ANY time.

Sassy Saturday with Studio Fit

We are hosting Zumba in our rear parking Lot on Saturday mornings at 9am!

This is a StudioFit class and will not be included in our Monthly class pass.  You can drop into this class at any time.  click below to sign up for StudioFit classes

Outdoor WalkStrong

It's time again for our outdoor walk and strengthen class.  We will grab a strengthening tool and warm up by heading out to the trails right near On Purpose WellBeing Center.  We will stop and do our Strength exercises and continue on alternating each along the way.  We will cool down on the way back and stretch when we get back.  You can by the entire summer package for $85 or drop in for $10 or this class is part of the $35 Monthly Class Pass

Tasha Rinaldi will guide you through an amazing restorative yoga base on God's purpose for you! Let yourself go and nourish your self with His love.  Classes are at 9:30 on Saturdays here at On Purpose WellBeing Center and you can connect with Tasha about her online platform for other days of the week by calling 207-641-7419.
