8 week Small Group classes

We are offering PoundStrong on Mondays at 5pm.

Drop in to our Pound Strong class and rock yourself out to a fit body! Pound Strong is a fun class using drumsticks and weights. We alternate between strength and cardio to songs we all know! The routines last for 8 weeks.

Holy Yoga

Tasha Rinaldi will guide you through an amazing restorative yoga base on God's purpose for you! Let yourself go and nourish your self with His love.  Classes are at 9:30 on Saturdays here at On Purpose WellBeing Center and you can connect with Tasha about her online platform for other days of the week by calling 207-641-7419.

Call to let  her know you will be coming. There is a 5 person limit.
