You'll find group classes, book study programs and personal training. Enjoy a 50-minute session in the Recover Room for stretching, balancing, stability and the Far Infared sauna!

The Recover Room

Take the time care for your body. Find balance and recover from what life throws at you! These 50 min sessions includes stations and resources to help you stretch, find balance in your body and you can the Far Infrared Sauna during this unassisted time using your class pass. There are only 10 openings per session so grab your friends and recover together! Your first visit is an orientation to get acclimated to the room.

Me in Motion

Me in Motion will get you moving in a chair to moves and music that are good for your body, heart and soul. We will make sure to stretch and become stronger while having fun!​

The Kingdom Method

We will follow our faith while working out together! Come as you are and work at your own level of fitness during circuits, group routines, and functional training moves and praise his name to the highest!  A different scripture in each class and a meditation ends your class in that scripture. The goal is to become closer in your relationship with God.
