The Kingdom Method

A dynamic Christian Faith based wellness program that you can do virtually or in person! It is designed to give you tools if you are struggling with the way you think your body looks or have poor ideas with eating patterns which can bring guilt or shame.

  •   You will learn to focus on how you can reshape your body, mind and spirit from the inside out and stop seeing the images you don’t want to see. 
  •   You can find your inner truth with a strategic plan leaving behind all the lies that live inside your head to sabotage you. 
  • You will not zero in on the blame but focus on what has been missing. We will look at what caused you to look at the flesh, not the truth and find your way forward. This is a year round program in 8 week increments. Your commitment is 8 weeks at a time. You will be using our workout app Designed specifically for On Purpose and see a trainer 1x a week and so much more!

Triathlon Program

 Tri On Purpose Team

We've created a program that will help you feel comfortable preparing for and participating  in your virtual or hopefully actual Triathlon or this season. All 3 events will be addressed and trained for.


Even if you are a beginner or maybe you already have some experience in Triathlon events you will learn a different unique style of training! This training, using HIIT, quality, and unique specific event training will bring you to a level you never knew you could reach! We start with land training for at least the first swim and cycle training.


First Session March 10th - May 19th

We will be indoor on March 10th for land training with breathing techniques/upper body mobility/stroke development. 

  • Starting March 21 Pool training is at the South Portland Rec Pool will be Tuesdays at 2:00pm. Sign ups start at the end of each month for the upcoming month so sign up for all swim dates you would to be with us. If there are no slots available on the Rec site that means we are full.  May pool sign ups started April 22


  • Cycle training is on Fridays at 6pm.  March 12-April 23 then starting the second session we change to Wednesdays and outside!  We will be cycling at Shaw Park on Safe paved trails with no traffic!  If rain happens we are back inside at OPWBC


  • Run training is on Saturdays March 13th-May 22 at 8:00am. We will use safe roads, trails and track workouts for running.  Indoor HIIT run training will be in place of outdoor in poor weather. We will decide on how and when we will do The Polar Bear Triathlon on May 22, 2021  Results coming!


The second 12 week training session April 26th -July 16th 

  • Swim until it is warm enough for outdoor will continue at South Portland pool time TBD then move to Shaw Park in May or June and other outdoor lakes and oceans.
  • Run will be on Saturday at 8am on safe roads near On Purpose WellBeing center and Shaw Park.
  • We will be training for the Tri for a Cure.  We will choose a date that fits all of our schedules!
  • We will be doing our virtual Triathlon on July 18th


You will have access to all of your daily workouts on our On Purpose app designed to help you with your training. You will receive motivating reminders, tips on how to find gear and what you need,  and when all of the event clinics are for the event you are training for.  You will learn recovery techniques and receive articles on training so you can reach your goal with a strong body .  You've got this and we've got you!  


You will be training with Catherine,  A Team USA World athlete with over 27 years of training experience and has participated in 40+ races. Other trainers may also be available during training sessions.


                                                 Other options

Drop in Swim-$15 and pool charge if we are using a pool $10 for Coach.

Drop in Cycle and Run $10 limited space until we are outdoor.

12 Week Program $300 and continue for  each session $75 a month.

Private individual swim, bike, or run training is available for  $30 per session. 

Just the app-$29 per month. All our workouts at the tips of your finger!

Catherine Wilson, owner and Coach will identify where you are starting.  She will implement, and teach you 

how to grow stronger in your fitness journey.  You need mind, body, and spirit to come together 

to appropriately align to your optimal health. Space is limited for One on One personal training


  On Purpose is now offering a training app, 

 A highly interactive app with workout plans sent right to your smartphone. 

A schedule for each week will include; assessment tools and goal setting that will help you stay focused while at home between our 1 on 1 workout sessions.

There is a one time set up fee of $99  and  monthly $125 fee

Single Personal Training sessions are $50 per session 


A "Begin on Purpose" program applies to newbies to working out! You are important to us!

 I’ve been working with Cate for 7 months so far.
