We are offering 1 on 1 personal training and small group classes. We have added a totally virtual  program for anyone who would like to do their workouts from home!  ​  We will be complying with the CDC and keeping our facility super clean and disinfecting any equipment after every use.  We can have up to 7 participants inside our exercise room with the instructor but will go outside if it is not too hot or raining for some classes.  Please have appropriate attire in case we are outside.  ​We ask you to please wear a mask up to the building and while in the reception area.  We do not require masks while exercising as we provide you with a 16 square feet  around each participant during exercise.

The Obesity Code Book Study

Dr. Kung states that iit's not true that type 2 diabetes ineveityably worsens with time and he notes that 50% of his patients stop insulin within a few months.  This Intensive Dietary Management (IDM) program consists of low carbohydrate diet plus fasting. Also according to Dr. Fung, it's not true that blood glucose levels require additional insulin but rather that the problem is too much insulin as a result of insulin resitance. Treating insulin resistance with yet more insulin is  "the equivalent of prescribing alcohol for the treatment of alcolholism".  Let's take a look together to see his findings and if it is the answer to a gift you have wanted for yourself.  Study guide and Fitness classes included $200 8 weeks

Triathlon Program

We've Created a program that will help you feel comfortable preparing for and participating in your first  virtual Triathlon or possibly a regular one by the end of the year?! It's not too late to join us for:

Wed.: swim-6:00pm  (at Shaw Park)

Friday: run 6:00pm  (from On Purpose and Shaw Park)

Saturday bike 7:00am (from On Purpose)

These times and days change throughout the training program so please check with us to be sure first.

If you are a beginner or may already have some experience

you will learn a completely different style of training!

This training, using HIIT, quality, and specific Tri techniques workouts

will bring you to a level you never knew you could reach!

Run and bike start first. When the water warms up

we will meet at specific lakes, ponds and or salt water fronts on Wednesday’s!

Friday we will use safe roads, trails and track workouts.

Saturday’s will be 7:00am rides on safe wide roads and is safe for all levels.

This program runs from May-August

All workouts are 45 mins.

Join us for our virtual Tri for a cure on August 8, 2020 at Shaw Park!

You will receive a take home daily training manual designed to help you with gear, training, and team work to reach your goal in 8 weeks. You've Got this while training with a Team USA athlete with over 26 years in training experience.

 1on 1 swim bike or run Triathlon training continues after the August 8th.  We will end our season Oct. 15. Please feel free to call with any questions.  Our program will start back up in April of 2021!

how to grow stronger in your fitness journey.  You need mind, body, and spirit to come together 

to appropriately align to your optimal health. Space is limited for One on One personal training

  On Purpose is now offering a training app, 

 A highly interactive app with workout plans sent right to your smartphone. 

A schedule for each week will include; assessment tools and goal setting that will help you stay focused while at home between our 1 on 1 workout sessions.

There is a one time set up fee of $99  Personal Training sessions are $50 per session 

A "Start on Purpose" program applies to newbies to working out! You are important to us!
